Protection of Refugee Rights – Preserving Cultural Richness with Empathy and Understanding

As part of the One Day for Globe event, we come together to remind ourselves of our responsibilities toward refugees in need and to show respect for human rights. We must work together to improve living conditions and ensure that every individual can benefit from their fundamental rights.

It is important to note that the countries refugees flee to are often the very ones responsible for their displacement.

Refugees' Human Rights

It is one of the fundamental requirements of human rights for refugees to live with dignity. We must do our best to ensure that these individuals, who are in vulnerable situations, are respected in their human rights, provided with humane living conditions, and have access to essential rights such as education.

• Humanitarian Living Conditions: Meeting the basic needs of refugees, such as housing, healthcare, and nutrition, is vital to ensure they live with dignity and respect.
• Right to Education: Refugee children should not be disadvantaged in accessing education. Education is one of the most important tools to shape their future. Providing educational opportunities will contribute to the integration of these children.
• Right to Work: Refugees' right to find employment and work must be secured to help them participate in the economic life. This will benefit both the refugees and the host societies.
