Contact Off Day – November 11

One of the events we will organize every year on November 11 as part of the One Day for Globe movement is Contact Off Day. On this special day, we invite everyone to refrain from using their vehicles for the entire day.

In a world where traffic congestion, air pollution, and environmental degradation continue to increase, a day without vehicles will provide the Earth with a much-needed break. By collectively choosing to leave our cars parked for one day, we can significantly reduce carbon emissions, air pollution, and noise, while promoting eco-friendly alternatives such as walking, cycling, and public transport.

What Will We Do?
• Reduce Carbon Emissions: By avoiding car usage, we help lower the amount of harmful gases released into the atmosphere.
• Promote Sustainable Transport: Encourage people to use alternative transportation methods like walking, biking, or taking public transit.
